A guidance document has been produced by the CHIP and shared with partners in the Hearings System.
It is aimed at giving practical advice to any professional who is considering making a referral to the Reporter.
The document ‘Guidance on Referral to the Reporter’ has been developed as part of the work of the CHIP’s GIRFEC (Getting it right for every child) sub group. You can view the document here.
