Children 1st are seeking to recruit new Safeguarders to the national Safeguarders Panel.
Appointed by Ministers, Safeguarders have a unique and important role in gathering information from children and young people to assist in Children’s Hearings and related court proceedings.
Safeguarders are individuals with a genuine ability to attune to children and young people, and have the values, skills and experience to uphold the vision of the Safeguarders Panel.
Positions are across Scotland and applications for Dumfries and Galloway, Argyll and Bute and the Highlands are particularly welcome.
