On 17 December the Scottish Government hosted the first CHIP seminar, at Victoria Quay, Edinburgh. The seminar focussed on research published by the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration (SCRA) in January 2018 – ‘Complexity in the lives of looked after children and their families in Scotland: 2003 to 2016’. Following the seminar, a briefing sheet has been prepared. It summarises the content of the table discussions on complexity which occurred on the day – both for information and for practitioners and policy makers to consider. You can read the briefing sheet here. Slides from the seminar are also available on the CHIP website.
