Coronavirus – Children’s Hearings data
Children’s Hearings Scotland (CHS) and the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration are reporting regularly on the work of the Children’s Hearings System whilst the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 remains in force.
On this page you will find the joint reports written by CHS and SCRA, as well as links to the full Scottish Government reports on all the aspects of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020.
We will add subsequent joint reports, as well as links to the full Scottish Government reports as long as the Act is in force.
There is also a guidance document – Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 – looked-after children and children’s hearings provisions.
A refreshed Children’s Rights and Wellbeing Impact Assessment (CRWIA) for the children’s provisions in the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 has also been produced and is available here.
