Children’s Hearings Scotland (CHS) and the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration are reporting regularly on the work of the Children’s Hearings System whilst the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 remains in force. As a result, there is a new page on the CHIP website which contains joint reports written by CHS and SCRA, as well as links to the full Scottish Government reports on all the aspects of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020.
